Really.
You need to add IP addresses which your wireless provider assigns to
your mobile station when you are trying to go outside.

But Jörg's point is different.

If _your_ _provider_ is blocking your request, then you can do nothing
about it.

I wanted to suggest you to run tcpdump or ethereal to examine traffic
going to your network interface.
