The SIR encoding error

I'm testing the Push OTA-HTTP. I found a encoding error in kannel's code.
the SIR format is packed wrong, please refer the wap-235-pushota and wap-230-wsp.
The address port should be a uint16 type, but the code pack ths value to a string!
