Problems with the installation

Hi I downloaded kannel 1.4.0 on my debian sarge sytem. i also sartet configure by "./configure". It was alright. But when i started make he says me a little bit later: make: *** No rule to make target `/usr/include/libxml´, needed by `gwlib/date.o´. Stop. Can anybody help me. I'm new at Kannel. Debian Sarge 3.1 Version libxml2 is in use Please help. Arne Kröger
