* doc/userguide/userguide.xml: adding a paragraph descibing the new
line wrap delimiter '\' (backslash).
* gwlib/cfg.c: adding support for a line wrapping delimiter '\' to
allow multiple lines for a single config directive.
Alex suggested this via a patch to the list.
