yes, it's an extention to Kannel, based on the same libs as Kannel... the thing
is called smppbox (SMPP v3.4 server) and connects to Kannel's bearerbox as if it
would be a smsbox, yet not providing HTTP (as smsbox) to the application/user
layer, but SMPP v3.4.
My smppbox is used at some large-scale SMS aggregators arround the world in
production.
