Firstly, recommend upgrade to 1.4.1.
Then, timestamp is most likely GMT timestamp. This is an option at complie
time, whether to use server local time or GMT.

We have Kannel SMSGW 1.2 with Linux, and the access.log and
kannel.access.logs are written different time than Server time. So what
could be the reason ?
Am i need to compile kannel again newly?
