it does, on both sides, as production system for coroprate business
and as commercial support for those companies by some of the core
developers, ie. Rene, Alex and me. -- but yes, there will be some
innovation in that field too...

as a comment, Telefonica Movistar from Panama (maybe in other countries
too) uses Kannel for internal applications
