Hi Thanos and Andreas,

We have compiled again with the default --enable-localtime , thanks for the
suggestion Andreas.
and set: hwclock --utc, thanks for the suggestion Thanos.

Does anyone else use %t to get back the time stamp when the SMS is accepted
by the SMSC (8: Delivered to SMSC ) from
status=%d&smsc=%i&timeDate=%t&destination=%p&delivInfo=%a&source=%P&msgid=%k

The time given back is still always 2 hours behind. Is this a bug?
