There is no priority like queuing within Kannel. This could be a ligitimate development request, SMPP does have a priority flag also!, What about the other protocols?
Could the outgoing_sms List be a priority inserted list? What would be the overhead etc,etc. (cross post to devel, for development discussion.......)
