Hello Evgeniy,
we would appritiate a russian version of the Kannel User's Guide. If you like to
volonteer for this "huge task", please feel free and go with the
doc/userguide/userguide.xml file for translation.
We'll then need to integrate internationalization support to the Makfile build
process, but that will be our job later.
