Hi,
we found some problems with our EMI2 SMSC connection to T-Mobile. Yesterday,
(at least) one message (of 1500) was sent, but was not acknowleded by the SMSC.
Unfortunately the normal 60 sec detection for (N)ACK didn't work (timeout
happens a dozend times a day), and the message stayed in store until we
restartet kannel a few minutes ago. We're using a windowing of 4 , and the log
shows for the same second an KeepAlive-Request which is yet unanswered (which
might cause a problem for the SMSC). Part of logfile is attached. Do you know
why this happens?
