Hi all,
it seems that we've found the problem. Windowing at SMSC was still set to 1, so 
it was possible that in a heavy work situation one of the messages was ignored 
by the SMSC and got no answer... I still don't know why kannel doesn´t detect 
the missing ACK, but I'm hoping the problem won't show up again.
