./configure is only needed if you have changes in the environment.
make will produce the files. You can run them from the places they are
built for testing instead of the install directories.
Kannel has only a few binaries, "bearerbox" and "smsbox" and for wap
"wapbox".
And to launch, you need a config file. So you can run it wherever you
want to put it.
