The "patch" applies to MT traffic, that has nothing to do with devices. So
someone who sends a HTTP Post to kannel receives the number of sent sms in
kannels http response.
Further should the additional information be explicitly requested during the
request for backward compatibility.
So this dirty hack should surely not be applied to the official source code
;-)
