I don't belog to devel team but I'll think I can comment on this.
Being kannel one of the most used gateway worldwide, I think It
shouldn't have any localized code in it. I think one of the reasons of
success of kannel -other than it reliability and excelent code- is its
"code neutrality" ie we can use it in Americas, Indochine, Europe,
Asia, etc...
So I'll be --10 for this patch and any other alike
