Preface:
>From time to time we hit problems with kannel running in production 
>environment which i am unable to trace to the problem source, and community

While this may be due to the nature of the problems, too - since if there is a 
small amount of people that hit the same wall, theres a chance there will be no 
answer ready and waiting, this situation presents us with problems in 
production environment, affecting our system performance.

The need:
We need a person we can turn to for support/consulting services in cases where 
help is needed urgently and any delay may be causing damage to production 
system.
We would like to get this service from one of the people that are deeply 
involved with kannel development and know their way around the code - hence 
submitting this request to devel list and not users.
