SMSC returned error code 0x00000436

Greetings,

I'm having this error

SMSC returned error code 0x00000436 (Vendor-specific error, please refer to
your SMPP provider) in response to submit_sm.

I did  search in Google about this error and I got nothing

anyone can help me with this error ?
