Hi,

we have at this point in time too much patches flighting and because of lack of
time we are unable to
process all of them or fix bugs that were found. We are only few persons that
make anything for this project.

If we decide that SVN is OK and at least most of patches integrated / bugs
fixed we make release.

As to the decision devel or not devel release: we made 1.5.0 because of too
much things changed in kannel infrastructure
and some core incompatibilities introduced during development cycle. We don't
want to experiment on stable setup but development
release is stable enough to use it on the daily basis.

I hope we can do something to be able to push releases every 6 month but this
all depends on volunteers to do the work.
That means: if you use this project then please help us make it better if you
don't do so things will not be done automagicaly.

Thanks,
Alex
