Hi, I'm trying to find out if Kannel limits the RX of DLR messages?
I know there is a SMSC config parameter 'throughput', I was under the impression that was only for TX's. With RX's not being affected by this number.
Can anyone please confirm this is the case as my googlefu cannot find a clear answer.
