I originally reported the issue to get some user response..

I thought the issue had gone away but seems to be reoccurring more often as 
traffic volumes increase. 

As I accept all messages on the platform I haven’t moved forward from this. 
I have a watchdog script watching my opensmppbox port for when it goes down and 
automatically restarting  but this is not the solution. 

I'm trying to isolate the specific messages again if I can catch it.
