New Memory usage tool

Status update:
* New class to parse maps and smaps files
* New Plugin: Clean Size, this plugin parse the maps file and show the real memory usage (Scott Analysis)
* Poppup windows has been fixed, delete-event issues
* Big delay loading proc data in treeview has been fixed.
Next week's plans
* Add a Popup-Treeview Plugin API to provide a good way in order to show plugins information
* Add a new plugin in order to show how much public and shared memory are using a process using the new parse smaps class
* bug fixes / Improves
