Symptoms: LinuxBIOS boots up, appears to stall sometime after loading USB
modules. No output on monitor. Disconnecting and reconnecting USB disk drive
has the kernel printing messages, so it's not frozen or hard-locked.
Tested on a PLCC ROM chip, on two boards both still using the Insyde BIOS
Serial output log attached.
