I applied this patch to a board with Hynix RAMs. That board was dying
during LinuxBIOS startup (near the place where VSA is activated) prior to
the patch, but is now working correctly. It has other, probably unrelated
problems with the wireless, but the patch cleared up the early-startup
flakiness.
