#113: LinuxBios flashing procedure seems to need additional step.

 1) When a new BIOS is to be flashed, it is written by the system upgrade
 utility to a predetermined location on the NAND, say /boot/new-bios.
 2) The system upgrade utility issue a command to trigger ECRST#, just like
 the reset switch does. The EC will reset and power on the system again.
 3) LinuxBIOS flash the new-bios
 4) LinuxBIOS can also issue this commmand to trigger ECRST#
