You certainly need a Bios upgrade: the symptoms you describe are those
we had here until the right registers were set for the PS/2 port.

Can you hold off for a bit? build 87 should have the necessary bios
fixes and it would be good to have someone else test the new upgrade
instructions.
Build is scheduled for today sometime. If it doesn't show up then we
can discuss building your own or someone can build you a rom file.
