Hi, Chris!
Please send the board back to Quanta for failure analysis. That's our job
to help find the core root cause behind such failures! The chances are
very high, of course, that it's a simple soldering problem - these boards
were hand-reworked to replace the standard RAM and SPI Flash with the
alternate source parts.
