#198: LnuuxBIOS should disable CS5536 NAND when CAFÉ is present

To prevent confusion we shouldn't set up the CS5536 NAND controller when
the CAFÉ chip is present. I've already seen one person reporting 'No NAND
device found' from the CS5536, when the NAND chip is actually on the CAFÉ
controller. Let's try to nip that confusion in the bud.
