It's the same. Fortunately we just got I.D. approval today to allow us
to insert two screws into the hinge covers. This will allow us to
finally fix this properly.

After rotating past 45 degrees for a few times, the cracking sound has
disappeared. So yes, it is probably a dup of #516.
