Allegedly the new version of RGBPaint has a screen capture option (good for
stills anyway...).

Let me add that it would be nice to have the ability to record what's
going on on the screen. It would then be easier to make tutorials. On
Windows I use Camtasia which is a commerical software. It records to a
codec that makes very small files because it is optimized for screen
capture.
