Even though the keyboard is on the wrong rail on B2, it might not be
necessary to reset it.
In the Open Firmware suspend/resume test, the keyboard remains
functional after resume, without any action on the part of the OFW
keyboard driver. That driver is not aware that suspend happened, yet
the keyboard still works.
Perhaps it helps that the keyboard controller in the EC chip remains
powered.
