Yes, it is absolutely OK for people outside OLPC to test 5.220.11p4. In fact, we would like to gather input on that.

The question was more about whether people outside OLPC could test the 5.220.11.p4 pre-release firwmare rather than if it was going to go in a build. We've been mostly frozen on the software stuff for about a week in any case.
