Hi! This is my first message on the devel list, so excuse me if I look like an alien for the gurus out there. ;-) 1/ I try to make a Mandrake RPM of a small WindowMaker dockapp called wmglobe. This is my first RPM, so things are not clear yet. I read the Mandrake recommendations at http://www.linux-mandrake.com/fr/mdk-RPM-HOWTO.txt, but I can't find how to use the "build" script ftp://ftp.mandrakesoft.com/pub/bero/build Right now, I can build i386 packages from my spec file. I'd appreciate some explanations... 2/ If I do a "rpm --showrc", the output shows : build arch : i386 compatible build arch : i586 i486 i386 noarch I guess that to build "mdk" packages, the build arch should be "i586". How can I make the change? I don't want to change /usr/lib/rpmrc (looks great now =)), and I don't have any ~/.rpmrc or /etc/rpmrc. Thanks in advance. Gregus
