This set starts down the path of completely removing the osl. The first patch
exposes
the previously opaque part of the osl. The second patch removes the
osl_pubinto_t typedef.
The first patch gets a checkpatch violation while relocating a typedef, but the
typedef is removed completely in the second patch.
