Can you just resend the whole series? The other way would be to send the v2 patches as a reply to the patches which they redo. Also it should say v2 in the subject and there should be an explanation of what changed between the --- and the diff. Basically Greg has a pile of a couple hundred patches and if we don't send them in the right order, he has to search through back and forth through all his mail to apply them in the right order.
