Here are a couple of patches to fix problems with AI commands in differential mode (particularly for single-channel acquisition) for NI Lab-PC+ cards and presumably the other Lab-PC cards supported by the driver (the relationship between channel multiplexor bits, scan enable bit and multiplexor bit seems to be identical for all of them in the register-level documentation).
