Hi, finally, I got as far as to try to send a few bytes over VME, although I still don't know, how to confirm/request that the local controller is the bus master. The problem is, that as soon as a few ioctl calls are made, the system freezes and nothing else is responding. The root file system is on NFS, but also there, no error messages can be found. This doesn't happen always at the same point, and I really don't know, how this can be debugged.
