Since the kernel commit 9559d5806319 ("LoongArch: Increase max
supported CPUs up to 2048")the NR_CPUS on Linux kernel ranges
from 2-2048. So let's match NR_CPUS with the max NR_CPUS count
on the Linux kernel.
