Activation in now in the builds, starting with 518. That means that
you *must* use the "autoreinstallation" procedure documented at:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Autoreinstallation_image
and linked to from the front page of the wiki (top left, "how to
update"), instead of manually using the copy-nand commands from Open
Firmware. If you do not, you will get a message indicating that your
XO could not be activated.
I mentioned this before, when I wrote the new autoreinstallation
script, but apparently it bears repeating.
