I noticed that too, but only in the Sugar sesion, so I thought the key was already being trapped by the window manager or Sugar itself. If you run a classic X session (startx from root), you'll see the key works fine. >From comment 4: I temporarly assigned it to the "XF86Start" because defining a new keysym requires importing a new libX11 and at this time (Trial3) we'd prefer not to.
