And, the eye itself is an easy Etoys project as well ... (But has enough 
challenges to get the kids to think it through.)

Tutorial how to do it in Etoys (SCNR):

1. Start Etoys
2. Click "Make a Project"
3. Click "Supplies" in the toolbar (the box icon)
4. Drag out the "Object Catalog"
5. Select the "Just for Fun" category
6. Drag out one "MovingEye", close catalog
7. Right-click eye, resize using the yellow handle
8. Duplicate eye using green handle
9. Rename to "Eyes" in toolbar, quit.

Voila. Now you have an "Eyes" project in your Journal ready for  
endless hours of sillyness.
