Yeah, the wiki talks about how to put a fix _that already was targeted for update.1_ into a update.1 build. But doesn't says who has to set the milestone. If I remember correctly, this was agreed in this mailing list some time ago. It would explain why is normally Jim or Kim who set the milestones and the rest of people just suggest for update.1. If apart from Jim and Kim it's only you who set directly the milestone, the problem is not so serious. But imagine what would happen if everybody were changing the milestone. Developers would get crazy seeing their amount of work for update.1 changing so fast! I really think developers and testers should explain their reasons why they think a ticket should go in one milestone, but set it to "Retriage, please!" and let Jim and Kim do the actual triage.
