On Sugar 0.84.2 (as seen on the OLPC F11 builds)... is it normal to see big chunks of binary data passed around via dbus... and logged in shell.log?
- Is it normal / by design that big data is passed this way? - If yes, then maybe a good idea to switch off the verbose logging before shipping? Otherwise, the stored/rotated shell.log hogs disk (and burns flash) for no benefit... I don't usually hack on the Sugar side so some things sure look odd to me -- m -- [email protected] [email protected] -- School Server Architect - ask interesting questions - don't get distracted with shiny stuff - working code first - http://wiki.laptop.org/go/User:Martinlanghoff _______________________________________________ Devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.laptop.org/listinfo/devel
