They should be a part of upstream xkeyboard-config
(http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xkeyboard-config/)
We maintain our own branch as well (to ensure that the layouts remain
consistent and the OFW ASCII KA maps get generated consistently) at
http://dev.laptop.org/git/projects/keyboard-data/
