Indeed.

The core idea that is interesting is having the "firstboot" be a
"special boot" that execs while still in the warehouse, instead of in
kids' hands.

Lowers risk significantly.

Maybe from a separate initrams, or from the standard one (resize2fs
and its libs aren't that large).
