Peter points out I have to temper my enthusiasm. That repo picks up earlier F13/F12 packages so some stuff that we need from F14 isn't actually there yet. (Of course, F14 has some F12/13 packages that never needed a rebuild). So I've tightened the comparison to be name + distver.
