http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/11257#comment:3 Use ctrl-alt-f2 then press enter, then type: cd /etc/fonts/conf.d rm -vf 20-unhint-small-dej* rm -vf 58-dejavu-lgc-sans-mono.conf rm -vf 60-google-droid-sans-mono.conf stop prefdm ; start prefdm There's probably a better solution that lets these fonts continue to be useful.
