Please provide copies of shell.log and datastore.log and a tarball of ~/.sugar/default/datastore. If the data store contains information you'd prefer not to make public, you can send me the tarball privately (encrypted with my PGP key) or put it on sunjammer for me to pick up. Otherwise please open a new ticket [1] and attach the files there.
