When we put together the 'frozen repos' for 11.3.x, openoffice, java, and
some of their dependencies were not yet compiled on ARM. So they aren't
there.

So where for XO-1 and XO-1.5 all you need to do is add the packages to the
package list, for 1.75 you need to take an additional step: preparing a
local repository.

On an XO, use yumdownloader --resolve to fetch the relevant RPMs, and use
them to create a local repo in the buider. Recipe at:

This extra step is only relevant for 11.3.x series. Next release cycle
we'll be able to count on a fully build Fedora repository, with ARM being
"just another architecture".
