Hot plug detection is working, but all those handlers means there is significant jitter in the connection. hdmi_state 0 means that no stable connection could be detected, so linux won't even setup the connection. You may have better luck by cutting a mm or two off from the end of the micro-hdmi connector's jacket. This will allow the connector to plug in further and possibly make a stable connection. -Jon
