gst-launch -v playbin uri=file:///home/gonzalo/sugar-devel/test_data_files/intro.ogv (with the problematic file) this can help us to know if is a error in the activity or in the gstreamer libraries. Also, we have gst-launch-0.10 and gst-launch-1.0, please test both.
